01. Shipping

1.1. How will my order be shipped?

Your order ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, typically arriving in 2-5 days after shipment. Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico may take longer. Memorize does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents.

1.2. How long will my order take to ship?

1.3. Where does Memorize ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the US plus Puerto Rico. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to an additional shipping fee. We hope to expand internationally soon.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Also, please double-check your shipping address because our shipping partners use the address you provide. If there is an address change or your order is returned to us, you will need to pay the incremental shipping charges.
