Tailored with the utmost care or we’ll take care of it! Every Memorize Trunk is made to order for you. Here’s exactly how our pledge works.
If something arrives less than right
If your trunk arrives damaged in shipping, or with embroidery that doesn’t match what YOU entered at checkout, email us photos of the trunk and the packaging within 5 days of delivery. We’ll repair or remake it at no cost to you.
Lifetime Repairs
Our limited lifetime warranty: for as long as you own your trunk, if a flaw in its materials or workmanship shows up, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
How to reach us
Email hello@memorizeyourlife.com with your order number, or the name on your trunk if it was a gift, plus a few photos. We’ll review them and let you know what happens next. If your trunk needs to come home to us, we’ll send instructions and a shipping label.
The fine print
- Personalization. We stitch names, dates, and monograms as entered at checkout, and embroidery can’t be changed once it’s stitched. Please check spelling, font, and thread color before you order.
- Handmade details. Because every trunk is handmade, print placement and where your embroidery falls on the print will vary. That’s part of a handmade piece, not a flaw.
- Safety. Your trunk is made for keepsakes, not for play. Please don’t let children sit, stand, or climb in or on it, and keep the lid closed and latched when it isn’t in use so no one can get shut inside.
- What’s not covered. Cosmetic wear like scuffs and scratches; damage from water or damp storage, fire, pets, or drops; damage from sitting, standing, or climbing in or on the trunk, or from heavy items stacked on the lid; outdoor use; and repairs or changes made by someone else. We’re still happy to take a look and quote what we can.
- Returns. Because every trunk is made to order and personalized, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
