02. Order Placement and Returns
2.1. What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders are placed for a trunk that has not yet been released to the public as available. We mark items on our website as pre-orders and share expected shipping times. Please note that these expected shipping dates are based upon our informed estimates but not a guarantee. Questions? Reach out anytime!
2.2. How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification. If you'd like an update before then, please send an email to hello@memorizeyourlife.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.
2.3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders process very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at hello@memorizeyourlife.com but we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified.
2.4. How do I place a return or exchange?
We thoughtfully style each trunk with details as chosen by you. Since every piece is unique, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
While we cannot accept returns or exchanges, occasionally, a trunk is damaged in the shipping process. If this is your situation, please send photos of the damage and the packaging materials within 3 days of receipt to hello@memorizeyourlife.com.
2.5. Can I combine promo codes for an order?
Memorize will gladly honor one promo code per order!
